We were going to go to Cover 3. Gee, who'd thunk they'd have a two-hour wait on a UT game day? So we went to Fuddrucker's next door instead.
We had originally planned to try the burgers at Cover 3 next door. But, strangely enough, the Saturday of a UT home game is a bad time to visit a sports bar. Who knew?
So: Fuddrucker's, conveniently located next door. This also allowed us to meet the needs of International Bacon Day, since I had a 2/3rd pound burger with Swiss and bacon, which was quite tasty indeed. And the vanilla shake was also very good. (Alas, they no longer seem to have the caramel shake.)
One piece of advice: Fuddrucker's fries are subpar, making the upgrade to sweet potato fries worth the price.
The BBQ here remains consistently excellent. This time around I added a beef rib to the pork ribs, brisket and prime rib I usually order, and it blows away the beef ribs I had the last time I visited The Iron Works.
The only change since our last visit is the new overpass right next to it that makes it hard to get back onto 183 from the restaurant. (Hint: You need to take the street behind the restaurant; you can't get there by cutting through the graveyard.)

Excellent wings and good pizza. But this isn't really a restaurant; this is basically a kitchen for the bar next door, with a handful of seats. I think you're better off eating in the bar.
Although there's indoor seating, this isn't really a restaurant; it's more a kitchen for the bar next door and the occasional grab-and-go crowd. In a way that's a shame, since the pizza is both good and cheap, they do a pretty good job with the wings, and I like the cheese fries. However, there's no reason to choose this over Reale's or Brooklyn Heights for a dine-in meal.
Also, the fried Oreo's didn't work me at all. I know it's Texas, and we'll fry any damn thing, but lots of things would work better than this.

This is a perfectly adequate family-run, neighborhood sushi place, a bit on the small side. The sushi and appetizers were pretty good, but it came out at a fairly leisurely pace (always a potential problem with small, family-run joints).
Worth a visit if you're in the area, but I wouldn't pick it over Japon or Momiji.
