Appendix D.1. Commuting two integrals

Interchanging the integrals appearing in these papers as the tex2html_wrap_inline16159 integral and the T transform integral is possible due to Fubini's theorem [49], which justifies the interchange of uncoupled integrations (region of integration of either integral does not depend on the other integral's parameters) when the double integral exists.
