The [LHS] appears on the left-hand side of the Rule and contains the Parts or Parts Classes that, when selected in a product configuration session, will cause the SC Config Engine to execute the Rule.

The [LHS] can consist of any number of elements: individual Parts, Part Classes, or a combination of both Parts and Part Classes. When multiple elements comprise a [LHS], all of its elements must be selected during a product configuration session for the [LHS] to be executed — with the exception that if the [LHS] is a Part Class, then only one Part from the Part Class need be selected.

The next Rule component is the right-hand side [RHS]
