• Click on the Tools menu, then choose Accounts.

• In this window, you will see your currently installed accounts.
• Click the Add button, then choose Mail.

• In the Display Name box, type your full name, then click the Next button.

• In the E-mail address box, type your email address, then click the Next button.

• In the "My incoming mail server is a" box, select POP3 from the dropdown list.
• In the Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server box, type pop3.realtime.net
• In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server box, type smtp.realtime.net
• Click the Next button.

• In the Account name box, type your username.
  (which is the first part of your email address)
• In the Password box, type your password.
• Select remember password
• Click the Next button.

• Click the Finish button.

• You should now see the new account in the list.
• Click the "Properties" button

• Now select the "Servers" tab
  

• Select the option that reads "My server requires authentication"
• Click the "Settings" button
  

• Select th3e option that reads "Use same settings as my incoming mail server"
• Click "OK"
  

• Select the "Advanced" tab
  

• In the "Outgoing mail (SMTP)" field enter 587
• Click "OK"

• Click "Close"
  

Outlook Express 5.0 is now setup to send and recieve email!
