Here's Comet again. He's adjusting the "boot" for maximum comfort. He was famous for sleeping through most of the flight and waking up just in time to drop the bombs dead on target. Or so I'm told. He flew a lot of flight hours in Desert Storm. I wonder how he stayed awake!
I was always slightly embarrassed by this paint job, but we were too busy to be bothered with such trifles, I guess. No one could see it except us.
