George F. Sears, independent consulting petroleum engineer, is a registered professional engineer in Texas (#25412). He has over 35 years experience in Texas and the southwest as a consultant and operating engineer. His expertise in computer design, installation, programming and software has enabled him to remain current in technology. He possesses two petroleum engineering degrees as well as an MBA, all from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Sears has testified as an expert in petroleum and natural gas matters before the Railroad Commission of Texas as well as various State and Federal courts and agencies.
